Beside being a good hotel in a very good location, staff is really amazing! We went to Sao Paulo to get married and needed lots of help. All front desk staff was amazing but have to mention Gabriel Pinheiro from guest relations for all the help and attention. Once again - Thank you to all Grand Mercure staff!

The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The rooms are spacious and confortable. The gym is good and there is a nice tennis court.

Staff were friendly & breakfast was outstanding, with a nice restaurant space. Decor was also very pleasant, particularly in the lobby & restaurant. We had hoped to book a nicer room, however there were none available but the room we booked was still pleasant & comfortable.

Very clean facility, attentive staff right from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, pistachio cake....like what the heck (I mean in a great way) and the waiter made an amazing cup of cappuccino. Overall, a really great experience. Definitely a value for money.

The staff is really eager to help for anything the guests are asking for. My room was clean, comfortble, and spacious. The breakfast was great, in fact it exceeded my expectations. Also the in-house restaurant had great dishes at reasonable prices.
